Should be on upcoming elite chapter, with new cap rise which should be released actually this week, but looks like this will happen next week or maybe in two.

They haven’t announced rotations for those servers yet. That I saw anyway. All I see is a bunch of comments from Polaris that it will be announced next week
Well, servers 1-13 have Jafar farmable instead, as I remember
