I used to work from 4am to 1pm PerBlue time, with one of the stamina quests being available during the last two hours of my workday. Which also coincided with when PerBlue liked to update the server. Until I started getting Tuesdays off, I missed that stamina probably 90% of the time whenever they had a server update.
The update is complete!
