This because the update is release to Apple but servers usually need to be updated once all interface approve the update by perblue before it runs.

Then the update will come to me here in Hungary around 6 or 7 in the evening. It’s 5 o’clock in the afternoon right now

Never know, could be earlier. I am just going by the usual pattern is all. Last update was early compared to when people were expecting based on normal patterns, so just got to wait and see.
