I don’t think they apply update without being tested before
They for sure have stand alone servers for testing before applying into production systems
She was announced as a teaser only last year but was never released until now
And it was that fake picture the whole time

Well, she was announced(~ish) in June of 2019, and most characters are in design for at least 6 months, so they started to work on her probably in January of 2019, so almost 2 years.
And she would have been in the game earlier
How long is the update going to take?

He he, well I’m surprised that the “fake” image of Kim is real.
There have been a couple of times I know of that the server reboot has taken longer due to bugs. Usually their preparation is good enough and the restart just takes 15-30 minutes, though; it’s rare that it takes longer than an hour.
