Baloo will also be available in diamond crates, but not in gold crates. Gold crates only can contain chips for 1-star heroes. Baloo is a 2-star hero

This could mean Barley might be a 2-Star, since Baloo is also a pure 2-Star in the Coliseum Crates, it would totally make sense.

No, he can’t be a 3-Star, PerBlue said they aren’t making any more pure 3-Star heros. So he’s either 1-Star (hopefully not) or 2-Star.

Wasabi is coming to the Elite Campaign with Update 2.7.10-B on Tuesday. On Thursday, April 1, he’ll replace Goliath in the War Shop, and Goliath will take his place in the Elite Campaign.

I think the reason they didn’t make a friendship with Finnick is because it would be centered vans. Barley’s van, Guinevere, actually got Disney sued by an artist from San Francisco.
