She’ll still work in blue week (though she will require power-ups), you just won’t be able to also use her in yellow and red weeks.

One week between release and nerf? Four days between release and the patch notes announcing the nerf? For a hero that’s being nerfed specifically because she doesn’t need to be upgraded in order to destroy bots in invasion?
I’ll agree that PerBlue really should have caught the lack of a level cap before her release, but given that somehow they overlooked that detail (again), I’m at a loss as to how they could have handled this situation any better.

There may be the same Google Play Store App issue we’ve been seeing where if you don’t see the update you need to clear cache for the Google Play Store App.
