Why do people automatically presume the new hero is broken maybe we are just noticing now darkwing has been broken this entire time
Maybe darkwing’s purple skill is broken and he os getting the attack speed increase before he goes invisible.

Perhaps because Vinnie is the New hero
It is possible but the Perblue team should say so
(And I doubt that it was his skill “Shadow speed” since there is no time for that to happen and no attack speed icon is displayed when Darkwing appears)
The video I sent of “GiraffeyJosh” shows that in all the battles that Darkwing appears, he is stunned at the beginning of the fight.
Vinny would counter DW even if not bugged anyway, he usually goes invisible almost instantly. Same way he also counters Wasabi
So there’s no need to keep the bug
Well it’s strange that it only seems to happen against darkwing no one has reported other heroes getting the stun at the very start of combat.
@Loutre maybe look at darkwing as well as Vinny

We are! So far QA has found it’s Darkwing Duck’s skill2 (possibly also his skill4) triggering as soon as possible in combat vs Vinny’s skill5.
Maybe it’s friendship disks that have an attack speed perk on them?
Darkwing and linguini both have attack speeds perks on disks
Anyone tried darkwing and Linguni with a different disk ?
DW’s speed buff is his skill, not disk
As for Linguini, he doesn’t start with hardy, so he couldn’t activate it 
But it could be. It def isn’t just heroes with speed buffs, Clawhauser, Esmeralda, Shego and many others aren’t stunned

And maybe other heroes?
The speed won’t be even actived. It triggers right on the start.
They know to check other heroes vs Vinny.
They did check with and without mods/disks.

It would’ve better next week because by then, everyone will have progress rewards. PB rarely gives out any freebies anymore and if they do, they aren’t very good.
Well, apparently no one wants any more Swedish Chef chips anyway, so it’s not like they’re losing anything of great value…

Also, if that was so quickly fixed… why not increasing disk power reward? A lot of people are missing this resource and it looks like nothing going to change soon… so? @Loutre

One is hero chips and the other is skill chips 
Normally if 1 is progress they arent overall or vice versa
