Loutre is the community manager, and as such an employee at PerBlue who is tasked with telling us players what is coming in upcoming updates :-).
Unless you mean in terms of the create mentioned above here, but for that answer I think we have to wait for next week given that Loutre isn’t on during weekends.

Here’s how I see it With Rustle & Kevin it’s that both Lilo and Russell made a new friend but one is a bird and one is an alien and for Angel I think it’s about how they love Stich
