We now have 18 Live Action characters. Can you add “Live Action” collection? :))?

Would be better if she would turn someone into a black cat.

Here the purple skill is a bit worrying, what if the charmed enemy gets hardy stacks?! Then the enemy will be cleansed from charm and wouldn’t be hexed.

And the most ironic… Sarah is the one with siren… charming song/voice and she is the only one who doesn’t charm at the end? Weird.

And well there is the :broom:

Would prefer if it would be…

But Hocus Pocus is a good movie, with a catchy song :musical_note: so it’s not bad nor great, it’s good.

And it’s hard to being disappointed after getting 3 heroes in a single update, finally! I hope this rate will be kept. Lately this game barely got new heroes and it was disappointing.

And with sequel next year… looks like DHBM is ahead of DSA, Mirrorverse, Kingdom, and likely some other Disney games
Finally… now just introduce Soul, Raya, and Cruella/101 Dalmatians characters.

Not sure about this, but I think Gold Crate in Portal Quest might be the equivalent of DH´s Diamond Crate.

But hey, on the brighter side of things, we finally have a new set of live-action characters.

Before, we were only limited to Tron, Pirates of the Caribbean, and the Rocketeer.

Pretty hyped up for Winifred! I might work on her! :slightly_smiling_face:

The reason I find the Sanderson sisters extremely disconcerting is because they planned to drain the life energy from every child in the town, a process which is fatal because the victims are unnaturally aged to death. And they would keep doing this on a regular basis to extend their lifespans/maintain their youth.
They are just like the Wraith, only worse because they don’t restrain themselves to feed when strictly necessary.

From a gameplay mechanic perspective, introducing 3 control characters at once is most likely going to break the game.
Keep in mind certain aspects of the game (like City Watch) draw from someone’s arena team and if everyone triple teams the sisters, gameplay would significantly inhibited until new controlbreaker characters are added in successful months to counteract their control skills.

A 3rd reason for my disatisfaction is that I feel the game is being creatively inhibited by focussing on movie characters instead of tv series characters, because Disney is ordering the development team to promote movies primarily.
That would seem to be confirmed given that Hocus Pocus 2 is due out soon.

I highly doubt it…

To be fair, they’re not the only players who talk like that.

I mean yes, you’ll get hero chips and red skill chips for a character you don’t want, but you don’t have to do anything with them (you can even sell the red skill chips if you’d like), and you get a decent amount of other rewards for free, basically.

I’m not saying you have to use the Prize Wall, but you’re just hurting yourself by avoiding it. :man_shrugging:

Let the record show that people have been begging for more Support heroes lately, thusly implying that too many OP Control heroes could potentially crash the game, a problem I’ve faced before.

No, it’s not. It’s the equivalent of Gold crates named Silver crates there and the buy 100 button is implemented for 2 or there years.
In code Portal and DHBM are basically the same stuff.

True then.
However I think the team would then just increase the gold requirements for contests tenfold. That´s all that “hinders” the Buy 100 really.

I came here expecting Pepper Ann.

I got something even better.

Why did they wait until now to add the Sanderson Sisters? Wouldn’t it have made more sense to add them last month when it was Halloween?

They probably couldn’t have added them in time :man_shrugging:

What precisely does the prize wall generate as secondary rewards that make playing it worthwhile?
Red skill chips I have no shortage of and I control which ones I earn, through City Watch Epic.

So I doubt I am missing out on anything by skipping Prize Wall.

In terms of character diversity, I think expanding the character roster indefinitely will eventually result in null returns, because ingame resources are limited and we can’t make all 150+ Y1 Level250.
I think I reached that point 2 months ago, maybe 3.

So we pick our favorites and focus on them.
Which seems to be a contentious issue, some people take it as a personal affront that their favorite characters are not someone else’s favorite.
Everyone has different reasons for liking or not liking a character, which should not be a cause to incite conflict.
