A complete waste of a character. Mater also has a gatling gun, a parachute, rocket boosters, can drive backwards and has been a fire fighter, a monster truck wrestler and a materdor among other things.
He can be manageable along with Finn McMissle (who has a machine gun, bombs, and knows karate) and Holly Shiftwell (who has wings and a taser).
Beside, why pull enemies out of the field when Mater can just pull them closer like Woody.

They can but everything (even this heroes Lumiere and Cogsworth) need to be approved by Disney first before they get introduced. Why you think Kim Possible took years in development?

There is a node called “Old Pro” within the chapter, so I guess someone just grabbed the wrong title for the patch notes? At any rate, “Picking Teams” is a much more fitting title for the storyline told in the chapter.

About the mergers.
I want to add S14 and S16, and even earlier S6, S7 or8 and S5 (sorry, I don’t remember exactly and it’s not worth to look it up).
S2 and S1 were merged, too if I remember correctly.
I had accounts on S2, S5 and S16. All accounts were devalued in that sense that, as now with S25, several double caps were implemented before the merges. As a ftp player with little to moderate spending very rarely it was impossible to keep up and remain in playable shape rarity wise. I consolidated accounts. It’s wasn’t worth keeping them.
PerBlue never compensated that accordingly, as they did with Portal Quest where they raised the rarity of all heroes by 6-8 levels automatically before completing the merger.
No one is challenging the TOS in court and nobody opposes this kind of account devaluation. Players just quit quietly and delete the app. And the viscous circle continues.
