In the contest I won some crates with badges in that I opened. On a couple of the badges the word “upgrade” was written at the bottom.
Can anybody explains what this means please? I tried googling but to no avail.
When you have opened 20 crates, you choose an upgrade. Some of those come occasionally, while some do not.

So it’s just telling me I got that badge because I upgraded the badge stream in my crates?

When u get 20 diamond crates. In your subsequent crates, u have a chance to get the rewards for the upgrade that u chose.
