Ursula Rework Concept

As much as I like Ursula she has fallen down to a niche pit when other characters can do her job but even better in a lot of ways. This is a concept that could improve Ursula in higher power teams.

Ursula Base Stats:
Increased Health
Increased Skill Power

Poor, Unfortunate Souls:
“Hexed” duration is increased from 5 to 8 seconds.
Enemies who attempt to use their white skill are stunned longer from 4 to 5 seconds.
Increased skill power scaling.

On the Hook:
Ursula now prefers to target the highest skill power enemy.
She steals 300 energy, steals 25% of the target’s skill power and saps them.
She cannot steal from the same hero more than 3 times.

Ruler of All the Ocean:
Increased skill damage, longer range, increased knockback.
She saps any enemy who got hit by this skill.

Something for Nothing:
Whenever a sapped enemy gets healed, half that healing goes to Ursula instead. Excess healing gives Ursula a shield.

A Trifle Toll:
When a enemy gets buffed under the effects of “Hexed” the “Hexed” duration is added 5 seconds. (The same)
If Ursula’s skills trigger an enemy Hardy stack, she gains # more skill power.

(Red skill stat increases stay the same.)

Friendship Disks:
Hades, more skill power, Ursula gets 50/100/etc energy when a enemy gets healed below 50% health.

Tia Dalma, more skill power, Ursula gains more skill power on each control ally and ENEMY on the field.
