I’m constantly receiving the “video is unavailable at this time” message . Is anyone else having the same issue? Is there a way to fix it? It seems like this behavior started a couple updates ago.
Check your Internet, that may be the problem.
If your Internet’s fine, just restart the game and try again.
If that hasn’t worked, get a Support Ticket. They’ll help you with that.
I was able to reset my advertising ID and that did the trick.

I am also having this issue, I have three in my bag and it won’t load the videos. I play this game on my phone and it doesn’t matter if I’m connected to the internet or my 4g it won’t play them.
Je ne comprends pas comment on fait pour reinitialiser son nom publicitaire…
Quelqu’un aurait l’explication ou une solution autre a ces soucis de publicités non visibles (autre que désinstaller reinstaller, redémarrer son appareil, avoir une bonne connection internet…)?
