I just upgraded to VIP Level 3 and one of the benefits say that i can skip arena cool down. When I try it says to wait or to pay diamonds, no skipping.
The perk, “Skip Arena Cooldown” means you can bypass the cooldown timer by spending Diamonds. The behavior is correct, but we will adjust the text so it’s not misleading. Sorry!

Thanks for the clarification. It is misleading because I’ve had the option to pay diamonds to skip the cooldown before i got this vip level. So that may be the actual bug.
