I was just looking to get some Evil Queen Chips, was she removed from the Elite Campaign? I’m pretty sure she was in chapter 38 on server 25… correct me if i’m wrong though because now it says Arena Shop and Diamond Crate only… well also black market but that’s just because… anyway correct me if i’m wrong @Nugget
When a character is added to a shop they’re removed from elite campaign. She’ll go back there once she’s out of the shop

Yes.
The hero that leaves the shop substitutes in Elite spots the hero that enters the shop.
As easy as that.
ah so chip and dale will replace Sarah’s elite campaign
