What are you talking about? Is this a guild chat that is empty? I think so. This isn’t a bug. And the images you screenshotted make no sense. Show which chat you are on amd then we can understand… that it is not a bug

Are you sure you haven’t left a heist without collecting the rewards? And so the heist chat thinks you’re still going?
I know the issue then. It has happened. You were in chat when the heist ended.
