Has any of you experienced not getting the war boxes after your guild gets promoted? Some of my guildmates did not get theirs and it’s not appearing on the war details.

Did you win a war after already being in legendary?

Nope, it’s just mid-month, and the chances of reaching legendary is slim at this point. I knew that when a guild is already legendary, and they won in war, war boxes won’t be available anymore until the end of month for the ranking rewards. However, our guild is not yet legendary, and still some of our players did not get the usual war boxes (it’s 3, right?) after winning the war. This is the reason why I posted this feedback for a possible bug.

Ok, then the players who did not receive their three crates should submit a support ticket if they haven’t already.
Did this people just join the guild from a diffrent guild? If they joined after the war, they don’t get crates. They got to have participated in the war season at least once to earn the crates.
