So when war was released the car buffs were good and made an impact on the battle.
Now, we have gained a few rarities, and despite having all of the perks maxed out the significance of them is… insignificant.
Heros don’t care about a 3500 hp reduction if they have 100k hp, or a 350 basic damage boost if they have 15k basic damage.
They need to be refreshed somehow, obviously they can’t simply be buffed as that would make it ridiculous for lower power/rarities to play in war.
Maybe change them to a percentage? Sabotages already do this so it seems like the logical solution.
