MMR - It’s been mentioned multiple times before that MMR matchmaking is broken for guilds ranked near the top, thanks to how the top guilds tend to accumulate the strongest players and become unbeatable for guilds even just 6-7 ranks below them. Is this something that the devs might still be willing to look at?

Car bonuses are, as several have pointed out in this thread, so out of date as to be meaningless for most active guilds now. Maybe change the numbers from a constant value to one that scales with the server level? Even better, addressing two problems with one solution, add guild perks to further increase the car bonuses?

Spars are of somewhat limited use in practicing for war fights: except maybe for top whale guilds, it can be hard for one player to have all the heroes to replicate a line that someone wants to spar; there’s no way to simulate the various sabotages, particularly delayed arrival, in a spar; the timing of the fights themselves varies slightly between spars and war, potentially leading to drastically different results; etc. Is there any chance spars could be modified (or a new spar mode added) to make them more useful in practicing for war?

For heroes with an upgraded SP mod, it’s impossible to tell for certain which skill the upgrade is for. Could you make this information more legible, either through @Evil_Merlin_XII’s suggested G, B, P labels or just making the image of the mod larger?

It would be nice if champions, as well as the guild leader, could change the setting on who can attack in war, but the war queue setting should be exclusive to the guild leader (and should really be only two choices, schedule the next war or don’t schedule it).

Rewards ought to be increased, though that can be said for almost every game mode.

An option to turn off the delayed arrival sabotage would be nice, as it’s too easy to use that sabotage to make the opposing team harder to beat.

@Loutre changes to the MMR algorithm has been in the works for more than a year, right? We don’t need perfection. We need improvement. Even if the updates you’ve come up with so far are minor, it’s still a change. We’ve dealt with at least 6 outcomes of the 15 wars each month that are decided before the war even starts and are tired of it. Can you release updates in pieces so we have a change of pace?
