Why do I not have this option for regular energy (this is present for friend energy)? Another person I know playing the game has this option. This is clearly unfair that it is not available to the whole player base.

The offer is there instead of waiting for free stamina at the predetermined daily times. I believe it disappears once you purchase stamina for the day

Since my day 1, I have never had the option. And even before I bought stamina, it doesn’t show up.
