Well, this is the end. Came back to the forums after I heard the announcement.
Those who remember me, I’m back. Those who don’t, well, I was a relatively popular concept creator back at the forums’ peak, mostly Cookie Run concepts. I still the play the game (Cookie Run, not DHBM) regularly as usual. Quit DHBM in 2022 when it got dry, and left the forums when most people here dissipated.
This place was pretty awesome, especially as a Regular. Had memories, some good, some bad, all chaotic in this own way. I loved making Hero Concepts and other stuff, including the ever so maddening Forum Heroes game. Started out here as a Freshman back in 2020, now I’m a sophomore at college, so time flies incredibly fast.
Sometimes I wish I got to see all my DHBM friends one last time to see how they are. It’s insane how many people I connected with over a span of 2 years and how my life was after I left.
I’ll never forget all the madness that these days have brought me, and to this I conclude with: Thank you.
I’m glad I have my old concepts archived in my notes, and in case I don’t, I’ll get to them eventually before 2025.
IDK how to conclude this, so this is goodbye.

Will oswald just get added already because if the forums shuts down this will be my last chance to get him added after that i can’t do anything so please add oswald I’m getting anxiety

… You know the game itself isn’t being shut down, right? Oswald could still be added anytime after the forums shut down.

The Forums is the ONLY one shutting down soon, not the game.

You’re right, the game never shut down.
Sad to see the forums shutting down. I use to go on here alot in 2020. While it is very sad that the forums are closing. I do think it’s for the best. I can imagine it costing alot to keep it up. RIP DHBM Forums, you will be forever missed.

Really?!? More heroes will come to DHBM?
I’m pretty sure they might do that, but we will not post anything on October 22nd due to the forums switching to read only mode, until the forums shut down.
