I just got Elsa and I want to know if she is any good before wasting badges to level her all the way up. 
By all the way i assume you are at least gonna upgrade her to purple? I have no idea how good she is but wouldnt mind the answer to your question either
Glass cannon, can do a lot of harm and controlling, but easy to burst down. Has a crap ton of reality though
Yes upgrade to purple and to orange if really good. 
What do u mean by easy to burst down?
Low health and armor. She gets a gigantic bonus to health at P4 though, they gave her Gummibeary Juice that increases HP by 8000
