What happened to the borders

So obviously I was wondering what happened to the borders that were shown ages ago? Here’s a picture of them (found in the 1.10 patch notes I think)

Now I know we have had the addition of contest borders and I like them and it’s a great contest reward, however I feel the collection shop is kind of getting forgotten which is really sad as I loved that idea like many others did too!

So what I’m asking is can the borders seen in the picture above be added to the collection shop please and thank you @Polaris

And yes it is because I really want the superhero one!

We just got Tier 3 Collections, maybe this gives us 3 new borders

Nope, server 14. And I guess you have those tiers, maybe they’re called with a different word(I mean, Bronze I, II and III and so on).

COh yeah we do. I was confused since the collection shop has a Tier 1 with three borders and Tier 2 with three borders.
