While I myself love Cars, it is not the most popular Pixar franchise due to well, the second movie among other reasons. I would suggest branching out to other aspects of Disney and Pixar besides just Cars.
Or if that is your niche, then maybe raising more awareness for the franchise and making concepts for the characters could be cool.
