In chat sessions I often see posts from people who tell others to kill themselves as well as some who are looking for skinny young girls. I think they should be looked into but how or where do I alert someone?
You can block the person, and after that you are given the option to report someone.
Be careful with reporting though. If it isn’t genuine, PB will also take note of that.
This is not available anymore, after 5.2
You can report someone through Support, and at least send a screenshot about that.

Oh it seems I’m not so up to date 
I don’t really use that feature, but then again I have silenced Global and VIP and only interact with Guildies
