Your problem us obvious. It is supposed to be consecutive days. Meaning you came every day for 100 days. Did you do that??

I think it’s because you have over 500 likes not 500 liked posts. You might’ve gotten multiple likes on a single post

I would suggest that your issue is the number of liked posts.
You have received 535 likes, but in theory they could all be on the same post (unlikely, but possible). I imagine that to get the Empathetic badge you need to have at least one post on 500 separate posts.
