Yeah I got Ian too (which for me isn’t that bad cause I still regularly use him, but not what the crate is named)
Maybe some compensation is possible. @TheGrillFather and the PB team might be able to look into it when they return from the break (8th of January I believe)

This is still an issue. I reported it the first time I discovered it and never got a response beyond “We’ll look into it and maybe get back to you someday.”
I guess everyone at PerBlue is on vacation, so customer support can just wait.
But the fact they’re selling these buggy crates again, after being told they contain Ian chips, is quite disappointing.

Same here, and I submitted a ticket as well. Wouldn’t have spent my 11,000 City Watch tokens on chips for a hero I didn’t need.
