Team 2 doesn’t necessarily have BAD synergy; it’s just that Team 1 has BETTER synergy mainly thanks to all of the Hardy stacking that it can accomplish, especially if they get all of the characters to Red rank.

I suggest switching Shang’s disk to his Mulan disk 
I would just suggest to change disks on Cheshire and Shang (once possible).
Second team is better, just as simply it has better heroes, and hardy team are quite weak and got lately few counters, and Mim is another.
