I’ve been downloading the update all over again for the past 20 minutes,after downloading the update for the first it seems okay…but after i click those trial heroes for spar test it keeps bugging the screen and told me that i had a download loop…pls fix this.

Usually that means you didn’t completely download all the content for the update. I’ve set your account to download the content again, so restart your device, make sure you have free space, and be sure you connect to a strong and stable wifi network before you launch the game again.

Also having this issue on my fire tablet. Load ing the game if says update available, takes me to the apps page and it just has an open button available. Clicking it brings me back to the game and says update available again. Have already deleted and downloaded the app from my fire, no change in the loop.
