This is the second time I got a notification for an edit when it isn’t even my post that was edited? Why is this happening? It’s the OP’s own post that was edited but I get notified it was edited? Is this a bug?

Idk. That’s why I’m asking. I don’t want these notifications telling me that someone edited their OWN posts. Why would I need to know that?

I also received an edit notification for Tiana’s post, yet when I clicked on it there were no replies.

No it’s was just tracking on both of them. No reason to give me a notification
Right below the topic controls and reply button at the bottom of the page is a button that changes the type of notifications you get on a post. Usually as soon as you make a comment it changes from normal to following and alerts you of every new post. Just change it to whatever alert setting you want.

I think flagging a post in a topic might set it to following, then.
I don’t think so. I flagged one and it gave me the notification but the other one I didn’t flag and it gave me one.
