In my experience, I can’t scroll that part so I just hope to get lucky and be able to click the rank button. Maybe that’s the one he’s talking about.

I wish you would read more topics before making a new topic. The problem you said were in the 1.11 Known Issues. The only thing you can do is to wait for Perblue to fix this issue. For the meantime, just endure the hardship of clicking the Rank button for now.
