Diamond Crate Upgrades are now available on Servers 1-12
diamondcrate1
diamondcrate2
For every 20th Diamond Crate you open, you’ll receive an upgrade to future crate drops
When you receive an upgrade, choose one of three tracks: gold, hero XP or badges
There are a total of 20 upgrades in each of the tracks
As you upgrade one particular track, the other tracks will accumulate one-time bonuses
This is to encourage you to invest in all the tracks
One-time bonuses are awarded when you upgrade a track that has them
After upgrading, you have a 10% chance for each Diamond Crate opened to receive an extra drop from one of your three tracks
And if you buy 10 crates at once, you’re guaranteed an extra drop
Both buying crates and opening your “Free Now!” crates count towards Upgrades
Opening crates using Diamond Crate items also counts towards progress
I admire your persistence in this thread. Diamond crate is a form of gambling, if players don’t understand it’s literally what it is and create high expectations of course they’ll get frustrated. We win some, we lose some.
Ps: Just got Jack from a free diamond crate, if I could, I would trade with him.
Well to m knowledge gambling is forbidden or restricted in certain countries and or states within the USA…so I am no law specialist but…any lawyers on online gambling here ?
Hate to burst your bubble but diamond crates is not gambling in the normal sense. See gambling is by definition placing a bet in chance of some sort of reward be it monetary or otherwise. Diamond crates do not fall into gambling because regardless of what you get, you still get something. Now if diamond crates had a chance to give nothing, then yes that would be gambling.
However as it stands you are guarenteed to win with a diamond crate. It may be something of lesser value in your eyes as say when you get a blue badge, but there will be some players, specifically newer players that will be more than happy with that. In essence you are gambling on what your reward will be but will always recieve a reward thus not making it gambling.
Now as onto your attack on David. While David isn’t a moderator he is as close as one could be without being one. The “regular” title earns him special privileges and features that neither me or you have. He does not work for PB to my knowledge and even if he did that does not invalidate his points.
You arw nothing more than a troll upset by bad luck and looking to blame something on someone when there is nothing people could do about it. The diamond crate perks is a start but it will not change the reward chances unless PB change the chances, which they can do at any time so long as they tell us if I recall correctly.
While this is true from the OP you also said this:
Which leads me and many other responses to this thread that you have been burned yourself by diamond crates. This shouldn’t be suprising that a luck based reward system would have it’s highs and lows.
No one was saying you couldn’t state an opinion but your phrasing with such quotes like this:
Tries to make your opinion a fact when it truth it isnt. The two quotes above frame your mindset as PB is conducting illegal activity with their game, which as I had said before:
They are not. At least from the standpoint from the U.S., which since their HQ to my knowledge is in the U.S. would be the laws that they have to follow. This point I could be wrong on, but I believe that to be the case.
I don’t believe the case. Most of the posts I have seen get flagged that might be considered “censorship” by your standards typically have some sort attack towards PB or their staff in the post, hence the flag.
If by paid accounts you are refering to @Polaris and any other staff members accounts than you are half right. The part of a fake opinion is simply not true. Every opinion is real, they just may have different motivators behind them. Money, anger, envy, sadness, etc. The only “fake” opinion there is would be if someone framed and opinion as truth, but at that point it changes from an opinion to a falsehood.
I never claimed you insulted me, you insulted @Champion_David. Which while I don’t know them personally we tend to agree on a lot of points and I would consider them a friend. This does not mean that I had to come to their rescue but did so because you were out of line and would’ve done so to whomever you slandered.
