@Loutre I don’t see why having 4 levels is all for that collection when that only 2% max HP healed and if 12 levels it would only be 6%

Basically saying why Frozen doesn’t have 12 levels; instead 4 levels.

because just as Alice collection, there aren’t enough heroes, and the collection buff would be broken.

Yes, the number of levels is dictated by the number of heroes in the collection.

Yes, but the team could update the tiers once more characters release for a collection.
Alice collection is already waiting 17 months.
