Guess it’s just a small boost for those who can’at afford to max a character right away, which is most.
It’s only 50k points, it shouldn’t be a problem

And you’ll upgrade red skill 20 times?
Yeah… what else would I use the hero chips for related to upgrading skills? Definitely not mods as I don’t have many of his chips currently
