Characters without an official franchise?
Characters who are currently the only representation of their “real” franchise. Once a different character is added from their franchise they will get their own franchise in the game.
Fairy Godmother is a great example of this, she was in the wildcard franchise before, but is now part of the Cinderella franchise because the character Cinderella is being added and thus Fairy Godmother won’t be the only representation of the Cinderella franchise anymore.
To be honest though, in my opinion they could create a Goofy franchise and add Goofy, Powerline and Pete to it (like how Launchpad is part of both the Ducktales and Darkwing Duck franchises, Goofy and Pete could also belong to both the Mickey and Goofy franchises IMO)
