I changed server and now she’s available but i have to begin from the beginning :(:disappointed_relieved:

Well not really start, but she was there as one of the original heroes.

Hmm I think it was 30 chips. A two star hero.

EVE is a 3 star character, so she costs 80 chips. Don’t know about elder servers, but on server 14 she wasn’t available from the beginning.
