Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey

With Winnie the Pooh in the public domain, any studio can make a movie about our favorite teddy bear.

At this moment we already have a horror movie coming out called Blood and Honey, where Pooh and Piglet go on a rampage when Christopher Robin abandoned them.

In my opinion, I don’t think it will go well due to Pooh’s very gentle nature. But i want to know what you think of this.

no. I don’t want. I don’t think anyone asked for this. I’m curious but who isn’t. They also look weird and low effort. Probably really campy

What is purpose of this topic?

This new Winnie the Pooh movie is a perfect example of what absolute hot and flaming trash can come of pure boredom. Layman’s terms, it’s a guaranteed dumpster fire.

I’m super into horror films, but as a kid, I watched the Winnie the Pooh movies nonstop. Turning Pooh and the rest of the Hundred Acre Wood gang into bloodthirsty monsters is basically slaughtering the characters. Horrible idea for a film.

It looks terrible, but bad horror movies are usually funny. I will probably never get around to watching it but I won’t say no if the opportunity arises.

Pfffft. This looks hilarious. You’d better believe I’ll be seeing it.

I have zero interest in watching it, believe it to be a cheap attempt at generating shock value and free word-of-mouth publicity, and expect it’ll turn out to be a collection of the laziest, most obvious horror cliches. Still, I think it’s good that the public domain lets people do dumb stuff like this. Let people follow their gonzo muses, and at some point someone will come up with something unpredictable and worthwhile.

I heard about that. First the banana splits got a horror movie, now Pooh? This is ridiculous since Hollywood has run out of ideas.

-rolls eyes-

Hollywood’s been “running out of ideas” since the 1920s.

It’s an independent film shot in England, quite a long way from Hollywood both physically and figuratively.

The whole concept of horror Pooh sounds stupid enough to attract attention. I guess they did something right at least.
