Hi! I’ve just completed level 10 on winter trials, and the rule says that everybody (my team or enemies) on the field should get frozen, but the only one who gets frozen is my team, why is that happening?
enemies are immune to disables.

It is, but at the same time one of the rules of the opponents team is that they are either immune to freeze or immune to all disables. So de facto, enemies are not affected by freezing fog.
So it’s not a bug…
