Yoo-hoo everyone, I’m here with a concept of a great character from the Frozen franchise! In this concept, I set a few goals for myself:
1.) Turn Oaken into a viable tank hero.
2.) Capture Oaken’s kooky nature with some skills that demonstrate his unpredictable personality.
3.) Make sure Oaken synergizes with freeze teams!

Oaken uses his bulky build and unique sales tactics to aid his team in battle.

Role: Tank
Position: Front
Trial Team: Blue
Entrance: Oaken’s front desk appears at the front of the battlefield. He pops up from behind the desk and waves his fingers daintily.
Basic Attack: Oaken throws carrots from behind his desk.
Victory: Oaken twiddles his fingers excitedly.
Defeat: Oaken falls behind his desk.
Skills
White Skill: A Quart of Lutefisk
Passive: Whenever Oaken is hit by a basic attack, he gains a stack of Lutefisk. Each stack of Lutefisk grants Oaken 25% of his max energy and increases his attack speed by 50%. Oaken can have no more than 4 stacks of Lutefisk at a time.
Active: Oaken shakes his jar of lutefisk, transferring any debuffs from himself to all opponents and healing himself for X HP, consuming one stack of Lutefisk.
Green Skill: My Own Invention
Oaken applies a sunbalm of his own invention, reducing the damage he takes by 25% for 6 seconds. Oaken can only activate this skill every 10 seconds.
The effect is reduced if Oaken is above level X.
Blue Skill: What Did You Call Me?
Fantastic Damage
Oaken disappears behind his desk. He reappears behind the back-most opponent and tosses them to the frontline into a pile of snow, freezing them for 8 seconds and dealing X damage.
Purple Skill: Big Summer Blowout
Oaken gains back 5% of his max HP for each basic attack he lands on an opponent.
Oaken’s HP gain is reduced if Oaken is below level X.
Red Skill: Winter Department
When landing a basic attack on a frozen opponent, Oaken’s teammates also gain back 5% of their max HP while Oaken gains back 10%.
Oaken’s teammates’ HP gain is reduced if Oaken is below level X.

After calling him a crook, Kristoff tries to make amends with Oaken by spending the day with him & his family at his sauna.

Scrooge visits Oaken’s Trading Post and decides to help Oaken capitalize on sales.
