New Refresh Concept: Rapunzel
Look how they massacred my girl! Rapunzel does next to nothing, and the little she does do…doesn’t do much. Her support capabilities need to be boosted hardcore, and her offensive utility needs to be boosted hardcore. Basically, we’re gonna be going hard to help make sure Rapunzel can survive and thrive in these trying times.
Also, I’m test-driving a new feature where I add example text of what each ability will look like in their description boxes. Should add some clarity to my changes.
The Refresh
General
- Rapunzel’s badges have been drastically adjusted, now giving her roughly 70% Normal Crit, 65% Fantastic Crit, 80% Reality Negation, 45% Crit Damage, and 55% Evasion at most ranks.
Base Stats
- Basic damage increased by 150%
- Skill power increased by 125%
- HP increased by 55%
- Base attack speed increased by 25%
Skills
White Skill - Frying Pan Pummel
- Increased damage by 100%
- Stun duration increased to 12 seconds
- New effect: The target now has all of their active buffs removed
“Rapunzel lassos the furthest enemy with her hair, pulling them toward her. She then hits them with her frying pan, dealing X damage, Stunning them for 12 seconds, removing all of their active buffs, and knocking them back. The knocked-back enemy knocks back each enemy they pass through.”
Green Skill - Healing Hair
- Increased healing by 300%
- Reduced cooldown to 8 seconds
- Relocated effect: This ability now Cleanses all allies of all their debuffs, with a chance to fail above level X
“Rapunzel heals allies for X HP, Cleanses them of all their debuffs, and grants them X Reality for 10 seconds. The Cleanse has a chance to fail above level X.”
Blue Skill - Sun’s Gift
- Increased Skill Power bonus by 100%
- Relocated effect: Rapunzel also gains 6 stacks of Hardy that last until removed
- New effect: Rapunzel and allies are healed for X HP every second for the duration
"At the start of each wave, Rapunzel enters the battlefield with the sun shining on her, granting her 6 stacks of Hardy as well as 400 Energy and X Skill Power for 12 seconds.
During this time, Rapunzel and her allies are healed for X HP every second.
The Hardy application has a chance to fail above level X."
Purple Skill - Saved By a Hair
- Current effects relocated entirely to Sun’s Gift
- New effect: Rapunzel’s basic attacks Slow enemies hit by 45% for 6 seconds. Enemies affected by this Slow have a 15% chance to target one of their allies or themselves with their basic attacks. These effects have a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Red Skill - Golden Glow
- Cleanse effect relocated to Healing Hair
- Sun’s Gift bonus changed to apply all of Rapunzel’s buffs and Hardy stacks to all allies
- New effect: Rapunzel and her allies take 25% reduced damage while they have any stacks of Hardy, with reduced effectiveness above level X
- Healing Hair bonus healing increased by 200%
- Skill Power bonus increased by 100%
- Reality bonus increased by 150%
"The buffs from Sun’s Gift now apply to all of Rapunzel’s allies, as well as herself.
In addition, Rapunzel and her allies take 25% reduced damage while they have any stacks of Hardy. The damage reduction is less effective against enemies above level X."
Friend Campaign Disks
Disk #1 - Jasmine
- Current Level Effect: Both Basic Damage and Skill Power bonuses increased by 75%, and enemy Basic Damage penalty increased by 150%
- Current Star Effect: Damage against shielded enemies increased to 10% per star (to a maximum of 50% at 5 stars)
Disk #2 - Bo Peep
- Current Level Effect: Increased damage by 400%
- Added Level Effect: +X Armor
- Current Star Effect: Now applies its Slow to attack speed as well as movement speed
- Added Star Effect: Rapunzel gains 20 Energy per star (to a maximum of 100 Energy at 5 stars) each time an enemy is knocked back
