Zelkiiro's List of Character Refresh Concepts Hooray!

That’s the joke. :V

Megavolt’s white skill actually hits multiple enemies (I seem all of them) per stack. Which means that the fatigue you put on the Zurg disk would be a pretty insane amount (90 stacks on everyone just after the green skill…)

It shooooouuuuuuld just apply the Fatigue to the main bounce target, I’d say? The logistics of programming it are officially not my problem! O:

Wha
When was he a Pikachu Clone

Pokemon features a lot of electric rodents unflatteringly known as “Pikachu clones,” and because Megavolt is an electric rat, a lot of fans joke that he’s among the so-called Pikachu clones, even though the joke is that it’s literally impossible for him to be a clone of a character who was conceived 5 years after he was. It’s an irony thing.

New Refresh Concept: Gonzo

This daring Muppet is playing a very dangerous game these days. With such insignificantly small stats and numbers, Gonzo gets taken out almost immediately as soon as he shows his face in battle anymore. Let’s get these numbers pumped up, and perhaps throw some more bells and whistles into his kit for good measure, and let this bizarre showman wow the crowds once more!

The Refresh

General

  • Gonzo’s badges have been adjusted to give him 85% Fantastic Crit and 55% Crit Damage at most Red and Yellow ranks.

Base Stats

  • Basic Damage increased by 250%
  • Skill Power increased by 200%
  • HP increased by 200%

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Chicken Run

  • Increased total damage by 350%
  • The damage is now divided according to the amount of chickens present, which by default is 4 chickens
  • Stun duration increased to 8 seconds
  • New effect: Gonzo’s basic attacks hit an additional time per 15% HP he’s missing

"Passive: Gonzo’s basic attack hits all enemies, and sends an additional chicken for another hit for every 15% HP he’s missing.

Gonzo incites 4 hypnotized chickens to stampede, each dealing X damage to all enemies and Stunning them for 8 seconds."

:green_circle: Green Skill - My Next Act

  • Increased damage by 200%
  • Now also hits enemies that are also untargetable due to their entrances
  • Now hits all enemies a second time for the same damage upon landing

“Gonzo cannonballs into each wave of combat, hitting all enemies for X damage before landing to deal X damage to all enemies once again. This attack will also hit enemies that are invulnerable during their entrance animations.”

:large_blue_circle: Blue Skill - Raise the Stakes

  • Completely reworked

"Gonzo gains a stack of Hardy for each chicken summoned during Chicken Run. Each stack of Hardy removed from Gonzo causes an additional chicken to be summoned with his next use of Chicken Run.

The Hardy application has a chance to fail above level X."

:purple_circle: Purple Skill - Gonzo the Great

  • Increased damage reduction by 50%
  • New effect: Gonzo also deals 2% increased damage per 1% HP he’s missing

"Gonzo takes 0.75% reduced damage and deals 2% increased damage for every 1% HP he’s currently missing.

This effect is reduced against enemies above level X."

:red_circle: Red Skill - Talent Search

  • Increased heal per second by 150% and now triggers when Gonzo has Hardy stacks
  • All of Gonzo’s basic attacks now Stun the Most Wanted enemy, instead of every 3rd attack
  • Level requirement removed from the Stun
  • Bonus maximum HP increased by 75%

"While Gonzo has Hardy stacks from Raise the Stakes, he is healed for X HP every second.

Additionally, Gonzo’s basic attacks Stun the Most Wanted enemy for 4 seconds. The Most Wanted enemy is the enemy that has dealt the most damage."

Is is possible for the devs to do that

I’m sure it is. It’s likely just a matter of doing calculations on their compu-trons and going into the badge list in his data to swap as needed.

Possible, rather yes.

But devs say they never will change existing badges, once done it will never be changed. If anything, future ranks can be adjusted.

I am APPALLED you haven’t considered Ralph yet.

His stats are weak compared to most tanks, to the point where even non-tanks have more health and armor than he does at maximum level.

His kit is weak, and only consists of stuns and silences for offense, which don’t even stick for that long.

His disks are laughably useless and barely help him at all since he’s taking all the damage for everyone else, and only focus on his weak stuns.

And the only good defense he has is a regenerative heal that will most likely get shredded faster than getting back to full health because most meta damage heroes now do more damage than he can heal TOTAL.

Ralph is BEGGING for a heavy refresh or even a REWORK to make him even usable at all.

I mean, they’re literally never going to do a Refresh for Ralph (or Vanellope, Elastigirl, or Frozone), so there’s not really a point in making one.

And when I say they’re literally never going to do it, I’m not being hyperbolic–the devs have outright said so.

New Refresh Concept: Judy Hopps

So the April Fools’ tier list reminded me that Judy existed, and a quick scan of her kit reminded me of why I forgot about her in the first place. Judy is trash, guys. I know some of you weirdos out there like to use her, but you’re crippling your team. But what if Judy weren’t a complete hindrance to your team, completely useless and worth less than an empty party slot so at least the enemy won’t get Energy for KO’ing her? What if she were actually useful instead of an active net negative on your team? Let’s distribute some shameless copaganda!

The Refresh

Skills

:white_circle: White Skill - Bunny Hop

  • Increased damage by 200%
  • Slow duration increased to 8 seconds
  • Judy will now execute this attack against the 3 nearest enemies

"Judy jumps in the air to kick the 3 closest enemies in succession, knocking them backwards and dealing X damage. The enemies’ Attack Speeds and Movement Speeds are Slowed by 80% for 8 seconds.

The Slow has a chance to fail against enemies higher than level X."

:green_circle: Green Skill - Deputize

  • Increased Basic Damage buff by 2000%
  • Attack and Movement Speed buffs increased to 60%
  • Duration increased to 10 seconds
  • New effect: While Inspired, allies heal every second based on Judy’s Skill Power
  • Now also gives the current effect of Testify, with 2500% increased healing and duration increased to 6 seconds

"Judy Inspires her team at the start of each wave, granting herself and her allies X Basic Damage and 60% additional Attack and Movement Speeds for 10 seconds. While Inspired, Judy and her allies are healed for X HP every second.

When an ally KO’s an enemy, they are healed for X HP and are Inspired for 6 seconds. If the ally was already Inspired, the duration is increased by 6 seconds instead."

:large_blue_circle: Blue Skill - Testify

  • Entirely new effect

"When Judy or an ally receives a buff, they also receive X Skill Power and 1 stack of Hardy.

This effect can stack without limit and has a chance to fail on allies above level X."

:purple_circle: Purple Skill - Play Dead

  • Increased revival HP by 500%
  • Inspire duration increased to 8 seconds
  • Invincibility duration increased to 4 seconds

"Once per wave, when Judy is reduced to 0 HP, she plays dead for a short time before reviving with X HP. Once revived, Judy becomes Invincible for 4 seconds and Inspires herself and her teammates for 8 seconds.

The effects of Inspire are the same as those from Deputize."

You … are… welcome?

A 0 too much

2000% = 20x.
200% = 2x.

Right now, at Y13, it only gives 660k Basic Damage. In order to be a potent buff at that high a level, a 2000% increase would put it at just over 13m Basic Damage, which Chip & Dale already do baseline.
