the “+2 per Red Skill Level” won´t happen, to be precise… you can be lucky if they ever change it to +1.
@Zelkiiro Well some stats and skills weren’t even close to this “update” but at least I think it improved more than Buzz’s update and the jasmine disk improved quite a bit, the other just a little.
But nothing like Shank or Syndrome.
New Refresh Concept: Hank & Dory
So, Hank & Dory have a pretty good kit, but the numbers are too low and a few tweaks here and there will really make them shine. Let’s get right into it!

"Hank becomes camouflaged, turning Invisible for 6 seconds. While Invisible, Hank’s basic attacks deal X additional Fantastic damage to all nearby enemies and Blinds them for 9 seconds.
While Invisible, all damage Hank takes is reduced by 90%.
The Blind has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Green Skill - Inked
“At the start of each wave, Hank & Dory swing into the enemy line, dealing X damage to all enemies and Blinding them with ink for 14 seconds when they land.”
Blue Skill - Whale Call
“Dory speaks in Whale, calling one of her whale friends to slap its tail at the furthest enemy, dealing X damage to them and other nearby enemies. Enemies hit by this ability are then Stunned for 12 seconds.”
Purple Skill - A Bit Forgetful
"When Hank & Dory are hit by a disable, Dory forgets what just happened, Cleansing them of all debuffs, granting them 4 stacks of Hardy, and healing them for X HP over 6 seconds.
This ability can only be used every 8 seconds."
Red Skill - Just Keep Swimming
"Hank & Dory and their allies have a 30% chance to avoid any Study or Scare effect, and they heal for X HP whenever they do.
Hank & Dory begin each wave with 5 stacks of Hardy.
Dodging Study or Scare effects has a chance to fail against enemies above level X."

Purple Skill - Bullseye
"Woody’s basic attack marks the enemy hit with a Bullseye for 8 seconds, causing allies’ attacks to heal them for X HP when they hit an enemy with Bullseye.
Enemies affected by Bullseye cannot Dodge attacks and do not benefit from Evasion."
Red Skill - Round 'Em Up
"Enemies affected by Bullseye also cannot gain any buffs.
Additionally, Woody’s basic attacks now also hit enemies next to the primary target and deal X extra damage."

Oh, geez. Talk about a do-nothing character. Right now, once he enters the battle and is reduced below 50% once, all he can do for the remainder of the fight is punch and ult. And he’s not even any good at either. Laaaaaame. Time for a desperately-needed tune-up!

“Once every 12 seconds, when Launchpad falls below 50% of his maximum HP, he strikes a pose to heal himself for X HP, gives allies X Basic Damage for 10 seconds, and Blinds all enemies for 8 seconds.”
Purple Skill - Smooth Landing
"Launchpad increases all allies’ maximum HP by X.
Additionally, Launchpad and his allies are healed for X HP when they deal damage to a Blinded enemy."
Red Skill - Flying In to Fight
"When Launchpad uses Flare Up, the ally with the lowest current HP becomes Invincible for 5 seconds. All other allies gain X Basic Damage and X Skill Power for 10 seconds.
Additionally, the supply crates from Flare Up also grant 5 stacks of Hardy to Launchpad and his allies as well as 5 stacks of Fatigue to all enemies."

Animal fulfills a very important niche: Backliner attack speed support. But right now, he’s far too squishy and takes a little too long to get started to fill his role with any competence. Also, the rest of his support kit is somewhat lacking. Justice for Animal!

Red Skill - Keeping the Beat
"In the Groove now also Slows all enemies by 50% for 5 seconds when activated. Additionally, allies buffed by In the Groove have a 20% chance to knock back enemies a short distance with their basic attacks.
At the start of each wave, Animal is Energized for 6 seconds, gaining 70 additional Energy each time he hits with a basic attack. Animal also becomes Energized while affected by an active Attack Speed buff.
The knockback has a reduced chance to occur against enemies above level X."
