1.17.10 Known Issues

Here’s some issues we’re investigating following the 1.17.10 update:

• Duplicate points from Cosmetic Crates

This issue will be fixed with the 1.17.11 update:

• Genie can freeze his own team with the Elsa disk

These issues will be fixed with the 1.17.10-A update:

• Opponents can appear as KO’d at the start of City Watch
• The Sign-In hero is showing mystery chips and icons

These issues are resolved:

• Mulan and Li Shang friendships are missing on some servers
  • This is because Mulan is the next sign-in hero and cannot yet be earned by players. Once she’s released, the friendships will appear.
• Boss damage in Invasion
  • With very high level bosses, when players did the 2.15B damage, the boss was incorrectly marked as defeated. When we fixed the issue with correctly calculating damage above 2.15B, this also fixed that bug. Boss damage is working correctly.

Power does not match between server and guild rankings

Are cosmetic crates working as intended? I got 12 duplicates out of 15.

After fighting single hero coliseum lineup I didnt get bonus for beating it under 15 seconds per fight
(it did take like 30 seconds total [10 secs per fight] ) Server 19

Syndrome has disappeared from being the Sign-In hero

I collected it on a different account and it didn’t give me Syndrome as it was supposed to.

Kristoff and Li Shang’s graphics and speech boxes are mismatched at the activation of their friendship.

Also that is new. A fast bit boost in this Update.

@Radcon The bonus and rules stats haven’t been applied yet as we wait for all servers to get the update (should be very soon now). We will be issuing extra attack chances later today, so you should be able to try again. Sorry for the confusion!

Since Lightning ROB’s avatar dropping hasn’t appeared on the list of bugs yet, I assume it’s not being taken out of the cosmetic crates?
