The Back into the Fray Pack! event is not delivering items correctly.
Event packages have been delivered to anyone who made a purchase during the event.
Why donât I have this available to me anyway? I have some friends that have purchased this, while I never had the option? Whatâs up with that?
I found out what a friend was offered and Iâd buy itâŠbut I donât have the opportunity. 
This is offered to select players, from what i have observed having 2 accounts (one high vip and one low) my low vip account gets offers like this more often than my high vip account

I donât know if this is an issue or just something that was changed with 1.6 update. When I complete or Yellow Team trials on absurd difficulty, I only receive five total type of bits. Peach and Love Bug bits do not show up. I have tried 3/5 times with no success.
Regarding the resolution issues on Samsung devices, weâre planning to have that fixed in the next game update, which will happen in December.

City Watch gold is not paying correctly. Itâs only paying base loot per section. No difficulty bonus or any VIP bonus.
Our team just won in the Guild War and so far nobody in our guild is getting war chests after the victory.
The contest for red mods is not registering any of my city watch or creep surge wins with the required heroes. Wall-E is my 3rd best character and usually lasts through 3/4 of a city watch run. No points have been given, all characters show 0 for done, and 0 for points.

Thats kind of stupid. Kinda kills the incentive to win at that point.

Update for the Creep Surge issue
We will be forcing the 1.6.1 update later today. Thereâs app store complexities that prevented us from forcing the update until today. Once that is done, the compensation package will be delivered.
The Triple Creep Surge Gold event will start, either tonight at 10 PM CT or tomorrow morning at 4 AM CT, depending on your server.
Rewards will be awarded at end of season. After the final standings are determined
Another thing Iâve noticed, when youâre looking at badges you can earn in campaigns, the â!â alerts for who needs that badge isnât working anymore.
My Mike for example needs a Tritonâs Trident, when looking at the previous page before raiding/fighting on 8-5 it doesnât have a marker against the plan bit saying who needs it.
Can this be fixed please, itâs a huge assistance in knowing what to collect.
Need to add user interface to the known issues. The back button and exit button are larger than before and get in the way of some other buttons. Also, both those buttons and the menu button have an additional 50% touch zone that makes the problem worse.
Can you please look at the format size for the Samsung phones. Doesnât fit the screen and the back button to close to the fight button and accidentally hit. Thank you

Aditional, there are some menus that are inaccesible, for example, i cant enter to the friend disc menu, there are no buttons, so its not possible tu upgrade the disc or add stars, affecting also the dialy challenge
