It would appear so. I always have a nice little pile of backpacks thanks to the amount I get from weekly quest rewards. But we can all kiss that goodbye now that this thread has made the devs discover they give us “excessive” double drops.

Not for me. The first effect simply means that the enemy has to basic attack a certain number of times before they can get rid of the slow that takes place after the stun.
Yeah just reread it and now see the full meaning of it 
The number of basic attacks is level based.

Yeah I know… that is if it works like Jack’s and doesn’t upgrade his number of balls but instead is the number of basic attacks😂

Agreed. 100% get more stamina for 2 weeks. They will not do a triple drops on top of that.
