I think he will be added somewhere else, maybe replacing FINALLY Slinky, or Chef, or maybe even becoming a sign-in hero for June.

His design is a little weird.
His skills are alright.

My favorite thing about this game is just getting to fight and use some of my favorite characters in battles. At least when I used to play.
