10 evasion is horrible, getting smaller every 4 weeks.
Meg only has 6 tenacity from red skill 
And basic damage has no use for both of them (Joy and Miguel), it would be like Jack Sparrow would be getting fantastic crit from red skill - completely useless.
the difference being that Jack now doesn´t even need the red skill normal crit, it just goes needlessly beyond the cap
And there are many heroes like that… @Loutre @Nugget any chance some useless red skill stat increases could be changed to something else?
Used to have a use with white skill but no longer does… seems PB missed taking that out 
Just had the “?” happen again for a second time this week 
I end up having to redownload the entire game
