@Samm just tested Jim Hawkins bug, and his green skill is not energizing anyone or granting anyone energy. Can you fix this, as I just spent lots of money upgrading Jim.
Did you check to make sure Jimâs green skill is maxed⊠because that could be your issue⊠his green skill is working fine for me giving allies energy and energize

These crashes should be fixed in 4.9, but we canât be certain about that until we get closer to that release.

S25 is back to 25 10x Diamond crates from contests. Is this intended?
Previous contest had 75 10x crates and it made sense - if we are ever gonna catch up on S1 and do double cap raises we need a lot of hero chips.
At the same time S1 is pulling even further ahead every week.

Yeah, so not sure what is going on.
I have sent some Support Tickets before so I have a Ticket History, but this time I discovered through trying to help explaining how to send a Support Ticket in-game. So yeah, wasnât able to help as I didnât figure out how to contact the Customer Support.

Think that would be a good way to go about it and show Samm how they should do it for those who have issues with the new layout :-).
It is just a message icon to the right of the loupe when you first enter support (helpdesk) from avatar.
The loupe itself is more to the left than on your device.
