The initial stats that were seen we felt were too strong. She is still a powerful Hero, but we had to dial her back a couple notches.

But Pegasus, Sally, Negaduck are fine? :confused:

If all 4 would be nerfed, that would be ok.
Now only Rose got nerfed, getting her disks will be nightmare, one Sally and bye-bye.

And that’s great, just from a couple of spars it’s easy to tell she’s still a top tier hero and really didn’t need those monstrous stats. Good job for this. :+1:

The only thing is, and people have justly reported this multiple times already, a few more heroes would need this treatment for their damage - primarily Sally and Pegasus, but honestly a few more could be looked at. It’s great that refreshes are bringing old heroes back, but for certain kits the damage given has been too much lately.

Sally’s is completely unavoidable since she will always release the cloud when she revives, and a few seconds are guaranteed to hit while she’s doing her animation.

Doesn’t help that Sally is a massive roadblock in any kind of pve mode she appears in, and these are the kind of gamemodes that are supposed to be more casual and easier, particularly the campaigns. Heck Y1 level 250 Sally deletes my emerald level 390 Fear in a fraction of a second in this one campaign, and Fear arguably also needs a bit of a nerf to his damage so thay’s saying a lot.

And Pegasus removing all buffs and getting crazy energy/speed spams on top of his damage makes him even worse.

Negaduck also does need a little nerf, but it’s just his disk with the horned king not having a cooldown, which means any hero with debuffs lets him have permanent reflect, it removes Jake and Aurora as two of the best counters for buff spam as they immediately let him gain it again. His damage is really high but it takes a bit to get to it, so I really hope it won’t be changed if he is nerfed.

I also don’t think heroes should straight up use their skills immediately, like Pegasus is the biggest offender since his blue is crazy broken, but heroes released after him (BHG and now Rose) do this as well. It’s only a matter of time before another one is completely broken, Rose with her old stats was already gonna cross that line :sweat_smile:

I agree that the stats are a bit too much but some older heroes with older refreshes are useless the only old ones used is baymax and Donald thankfully we had some pretty nice refreshes except for Sally I like her but she just does too much damage

Yeah it’s mostly a few of the newest refreshes that are crossing the line

Baymax was a bit insane when he had just been buffed but now it’s really not that big of a deal

Then we should give Sally a chance as she might be outclassed by a new hero like Baymax was

Before refreshes gave numbers up to 10B, then 100B, then 200B, then 600B, now over 1T.
PB needs to stop.

Pegasus never should be allowed to have such high damage as he removed buffs, there is nothing to protect yourself against him.

Negaduck needs cooldown of 5-10 seconds on his Horned King disk.
And his purple skill should get nerfed too, there is no limit of stacks on basic damage buff.
Buff should be decreased from current 12B at max to 1B. Scaling of basic damage needs decrease.

Actually ykw that would be justified, it doesn’t need to stack, it’s big enough with just one stack

Disk stats are also starting to get out of hand, in general
Like ok that armor and reality are necessary to have a chance to survive trillions damage
 but it wouldn’t be if trillions damage at base wasn’t a thing. It just makes the negation subclasses not very useful, as 25% of the stat given is still crazy for heroes who can’t reach that high damage

Y’all keep saying Pegasus is bad yet he has a couple counters to help stall him and be able to kill him instantly

It’s easy for him to bypass counters.

And good luck doing that in campaigns.
Pegasus has no rights to keep his blue as it is now.

One thing though
 if any character is changed, please don’t just release it in game before saying anything, like when Maui got his damage reduction reduced. It was justified, sure, but it didn’t feel good at all to see him nerfed without knowing beforehand that it would happen.
So yeah announce it first if that happens, thank you :pray:

Yes, Rose is still good, but her at Yellow+26 loses against a Red+1 Scar

Because she can’t hit him for 25 seconds

Also if he’s killing her, his skills are high level, so Negaduck and Pegasus would lose that too

She only removes buffs by basic attacks.


That bonus damage is completely useless too, it dhould be increased or changed.

People saying Sally is broken after refresh but she can’t even defeat Pegasus after all the stat buffed :joy::joy::joy:

So, the main problem here is still Pegasus. Not Sally. Just like with Baymax, after some time, she will get weaker

I’ve fought against Sally before with a fully maxed disk leveled and skill leveled Pegasus. I still died.

The problem is that for Sally to become “less broken” like what happened with Baymax, we’d need her damage to be heavily power crept. This was possible with Baymax because to deal with the increasingly higher damage, they started adding tons of armor and reality everywhere. So Baymax isn’t as much of a threat because, while he still needs to be countered, you’d still need counters to huge normal damage without even considering him.

Of course this could just keep happening, and Sally would eventually not be a huge deal, but it’s really likely that would completely break the balance between heroes, which rn is already really delicate with how much the numbers on some heroes have been raised.

It would be good to just tone down a bit all the crazy numbers that came out of the last two refresh groups. Potentially a couple of slightly older ones too (like Fear as I mentioned earlier, he’d be perfect defensively without broken numbers, he doesn’t need that much damage). Not a ton, the heroes deserve to be great, but not to the point where the 800B armor that Bowler Hat Guy gives is even remotely needed
 Sally should still feel great if she doesn’t have to compete with current Pegasus and the likes

you’d think she had a chance

The thing with Sally is, she was useless the day she came in game with horrible stat, low movement and zero invincibility after revive

And now, after 5 years, she is finally good and people want to make her bad? That is not fair, at all

Look at Quorra and her refresh, I think Perblue believed she would be broken so they made it so bad that nothing changed about her. Quorra is still bad even though she has great potential

For the past few months, the game has been subject less to power creep and more to power gallop. While I’m normally reluctant to nerf anyone that’s been released, at this point I think it might be a good idea to rein in the more extreme numbers we’ve seen lately, and also slightly decrease the not-as-insanely-high-but-still-higher-than-normal numbers. Basically try to bring power creep down to the point we aren’t seen hundreds of trillions of damage from one skill by the end of the year.
