Invasion seems broken… the lagging is horrible on the mama bots and even causes chrashes. Also the breakers cause issues. Errors during quick fights and for the one-on-one the next stage doesn’t appear or takes more than 30 sec to appear.
I really like playing invasion, all these errors and issues are taking all the fun out of it

I’ve been noticing increased lag in several areas of the game. Sometimes when I sabotage in war, it takes up to 30 seconds to register; sometimes it takes 10-20 seconds for a defeated creep surge district to register on the map; and of course, spending more than a couple hundred thousand stamina on Power Promote takes 30-60 seconds, maybe even more.
It’s kind of worrying, to be honest.

Invasion definitely has been lagging more than usual the past week, I’m pretty synced up at tapping bots by now and my timing was getting thrown off very frequently by bots taking too long to register being KO’d. Only by a few fractions of a second for me, but enough to be noticeable.
Prize Wall was another area that seemed noticeably slower to respond than usual

You are fully right. It’s happening in multiple places, spending stamina is a problem as well. It’s getting worse.
I was pretty synced to the rhythm of the bot buttons, but it is not working. I’ve blocked the bot 4-5 times this evening. And the breakers are taking so much time that I’m not trying again tonight. It’s not playable or enjoyable for me.

Mulan can be disabled or KO’d by her front line spot getting hit before she even reaches it - I used a solo Tigger against solo Mulan, Tigger did his pounce forward and KO’d her before she was anywhere near him. Similarly Baymax with Olaf disc freezes her off field on his entry run, showing a frozen base in her frontline position.
Not sure if this is new or intended as I know some heros have odd hitboxes but thought I’d mention it.
Invading is seriously broken right now …I’m about done with it until it is resolved.
the lag aft the recent update is irritating…CAN’T attack war, play invasion, load surge, load game…pls look into this

The 1/4 of the times I can get game to load it’d slow. Really affecting war as some of our members can’t even log in

Even promote raise skills and enhance badges 3 minutes later half or all of it is gone and have to start all over

Omg. The game is so insanely laggy right now. I can barely do anything 
it takes forever to refresh market and most of the time, it doesn’t work so I have to log in again …to no avail
We need to fix this lag asap. No matter how much stamina we get, it is pointless if we can play the game

Well, it seems like the game is much more responsive now, as opposed to 8-12 hours ago when it was difficult to get anything done. Apologies for the ping, but @TheGrillFather is there any sign of the lag in the data that y’all have from last night? Anything we can do to help resolve the issue?

Looks like it’s because of all the raids happening with the new content yesterday. Things should start clearing up now, but that is the main cause.
As I mentioned in the S1 lag thread, DHBM is an old game so optimization is an uphill battle. All of the solutions are not overnight ones, and we are actively working on finding ways to minimize lag. I’m so sorry for how frustrating this can be.
We are looking at badge recipe solutions, the pink dots, raid rewards screen, and if needed, possibly reducing the max raid limit to help minimize lag. Thanks all for your patience!

And while we are waiting for the surge bug to be fixed, what will happen to our bonus gold? We will lose it or something? Because the longer it takes for us to get them, the less likely we will get them
